Returns and Replacements Policy:
- Eligibility: Returns and replacements are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition: The product to be returned or replaced must be in its original condition - clean, undamaged, and not folded.
Important Note:
- After the 14-day period, we cannot accept responsibility for any damage caused to the item.
- Your order should arrive in perfect condition. If there are any issues, please inform us as soon as possible so we can resolve them promptly.
- We do not offer returns or replacements on sale items, as they are already discounted.
How to Initiate Returns or Replacements:
- Contact Us: Please email us at info@shopuncapd.com with your order number, name, and address. Additionally, kindly attach images of both the packaging and the product to help us initiate the returns or replacements.
- Process: To process your returns or replacements, we will compare the images you provide with our records from production.
- Evaluation: Each return or replacement request is carefully evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We review the provided images to determine the best course of action, always keeping your best interests in mind. The outcome will either lead to a resolution or result in the refund request being voided. Please note that uncapd. reserves the right to provide a return or replacement. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your order. If your return is approved, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shopuncapd.com.
The following circumstances will result in the definite void of a return or replacement:
- Incorrect information is provided.
- The product has been used or tampered with.
- Inadequate images of the issue are provided.
- The customer refuses to supply necessary information or images.
- The product was not received due to an incorrect address given at checkout.
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Kindly note that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs, along with any applicable fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country’s customs office.
