How will I receive updates about my order?
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of receiving them. Once your order is on its way, you'll get an email notification with a tracking number. Just click the tracking number to see real-time updates on your order's journey!
Can I modify my order?
We’re thrilled to offer such a wide range of options, and we totally get it if you want to modify your order! Since our products are made to order and we aim to ship them out super fast, sometimes changes aren’t possible.
But don't worry - if your order hasn’t started production yet, we’re happy to make adjustments. Just drop us an email at info@shopuncapd.com, and as long as the price stays the same between designs or variants and your order isn’t in production, we’ll gladly help you out!
Can I cancel my order?
We strive to process orders quickly to ensure they're just right! If you'd like to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible at info@shopuncapd.com. As long as your order is not in production, we will happily assist you.
However, once production begins, we're unable to cancel at that stage. Don't hesitate to contact us early - we're here to help!

How do I clean my products?
To maintain the pristine condition of your mouse pads, start by using a lint roller to remove loose crumbs. For light stains, gently clean with a microfiber towel and water. For tougher stains, apply a small amount of laundry detergent or stain remover, then rinse and let air dry. Your mouse pads will be restored to their original glory in no time!
For keycap cleaning, the Zenith Cleaning Kit is perfect. It includes a built-in keycap puller, large and mini high-density brushes, a fiber fleece swipe, a cleaning pen with a silicone tip, a flock sponge, and a 5 ml spray bottle, ensuring thorough and safe cleaning for your keycaps and other devices.
What should I do if my product smells like rubber when I receive it?
Rest assured, it's perfectly normal for mouse pads to have a rubbery odor upon arrival. This is due to the natural rubber base being heated during the printing process and then packaged immediately. The smell will naturally dissipate. Simply place your mouse pad in a well-ventilated, shaded area, or outdoors, until the odor fades. This should only take a couple of days!
For quicker results, you can also wash your mouse pad by following the cleaning steps outlined above.
